You might recognize Heddy as the owner and master baker of the world famous Bitter Sweet Pastisserie. But her first love was dance. She got her start as the backup for Tricia in the original broadway production of A Chorus Line. She waited 3 1/2 years before she got on stage, but after singing “I hope I Get it’ she broke her ankle during a dance number. It was fiction become reality. She was cut from the show.  Her ankle never healed properly, but that was when Heddy picked herself up, took her bitter sweet heartbreak, and enrolled in a class at the Culinary Institute of America.
