shipping & handling

All regular ground shipping is free! Please select USPS priority mail or UPS shipping methods if you would like to get your order in a specific time frame. Please call us if you require expedited shipping methods not listed in checkout options.


Jewelry PACKAGING

All Verre Modern jewelry comes individually packaged in a bottle, petri dish, or test tube. .


custom

All necklaces are 18” in length unless otherwise specified. Necklaces are available in custom lengths: please contact customer service (213•550•6565) for assistance and pricing of custom necklace lengths.

If you require custom lengths for mobiles or wall hangings that are not listed please contact customer service.


gift certificates

If you'd like to purchase a gift certificate please click the link at the bottom of the page. Gift certificates are sent via email, USPS, or UPS to the address requested by the purchaser. All gift certificates are numbered, transferable, and are the property of the holder of the certificate. Lost or stolen gift certificates are not refundable. Gift certificates are redeemable ONE time for merchandise only.


color matching

We are more than happy to do custom color matching. Please call us to discuss any custom color orders or send color swatches to match any item. We have a wide variety of color options to choose from. 

Bridal/Celebration Jewelry: We love to do any kind of “occasion” jewelry. We can do custom styling or work with existing materials to the best of our abilities.


Production

All orders are hand made. We reserve the right to make minor design changes, alter dimensions, and modify materials as necessary without notice. Items may vary slightly from listed information as, again, every item is handmade. Slight variations in size and/or color do not indicate defects, are not considered flaws, and are the trademark of handmade products.


lead time

The majority of jewelry orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks. Please allow 2-4 weeks from order for receipt of order unless expedited shipping is requested. Lead times may vary. If immediate shipment is required, please contact me for details on “in-stock” items. “In stock” items vary at all times as all jewelry is handmade to order.


returns

All items are handmade to order. As such, all returns are subject to a 15% to 50% restocking fee which is at the sole discretion of Verre Modern. All returns require a return authorization. Please contact us directly at 213•550•6565 to receive a number. Verre Modern must be notified of all merchandise returns within 5 business days upon receipt of delivery. Custom designs cannot be accepted for returns. Please ensure that your package is insured and that shipping charges are prepaid. Shipping charges on all return merchandise are non-refundable and exchanges will incur additional charges. All returns must reference your return authorization number and be clearly labeled as a return. pPlease return merchandise through a delivery service that provides a tracking number and requires a signature for verification of receipt (for example, FedEx, UPS or USPS registered mail) to the following address: Verre Modern 453 S. repairs/replacements

REPLACEMENTS: For earring repairs or replacements the remaining earring must be returned for matching, as all jewelry is handmade and variation in sizing and color occurs. Please email for pricing on all repairs or replacements. You will be given a reference number at time of call.

BREAKAGE: Verre Modern items areGLASS. Breakages do occur. If an item breaks during shipping, please contact us immediately for replacement. Damaged items may only be returned for exact replacements. Please KEEP jewelry packaging. Damaged pieces should be wrapped in bubble wrap and returned via USPS (lowest possible shipping charge with tracking) to the following address: Verre Modern 453 S. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation notice must be given within 48 hours of the placement of the original order; otherwise a 20% restocking charge will apply. Cancellations after 48 hours are subject to a 50% restocking charge. no cancellations are accepted once an order has been shipped. REFUNDS WILL BE SENT VIA CHECK TO THE PURCHASER.
