Albert is a man who loves coffee. He could talk to you all day about tampers, portafiiters, and roasting levels. If you ask him (really even if you don’t ask him) he’ll tell you coffee is more than just a drink - it’s a craft, a science, a culture.  He spends his life flying from country to country trying out all the third wave coffee roasters he can find, and considering how much coffee he drinks, that’s a lot. And yes, he’s got a trust fund.
