When he’s not flying around, Phillipe likes to spend his downtime fixing motorcycles. He thinks they are equal parts simple and complex, mechanical interpretations of form meeting function, with attitude to spare…just like him. Since a road trip to New Orleans in the early aughts, he always has a caramel latté and a beignet in the late afternoon at his favorite cafe, The Owls Roost.
